Romantic Cocktails for Your Valentine

A tropical evening really requires a drink made with rum. Sample "Passions", a dark rum cocktail available at RUMBAR, at The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne, and you'll signal that your intentions are anything but innocent.

Make "Passions" at Home:

Pour the following into a shaker with ice:

• 2 oz dark rum
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz grapefruit juice
• 1/2 oz. simple syrup
• Splash of maraschino liquor

Shake and serve in a martini glass.
