You'll make your sweet intentions clear when you order a "Flirtini", at
ELWAY'S Downtown at the Ritz-Carlton, Denver. Made with honey, peach schnapps, Absolut Kurant and a sugar rimmed glass, this cocktail is also a good stand-in for dessert.
Make a Flirtini at Home:
- 2 oz. Absolut Kurant
- ½ lemon, ½ lime muddled with 1 oz honey
- ¾ oz peach nectar or peach schnapps
- Shake in martini shaker, pour in chilled glass
- Add a drop of Chambord
- Garnish with a sugar rim and lime twist (sugar rim should be on 1/3 or glass rim)
