The perfect way to start a romantic dinner (or just a romantic evening) is with a romantic cocktail with your valentine, whether it's February 14th or any other day of the year! Enjoy one of these sippers on your foodie travels, and bring the recipe back home as a souvenir.

Start with one of the most romantic destinations on the planet: Bora Bora, in French Polynesia. Head to the Bubble Bar at the InterContinental Bora Bora Resort & Thalasso Spa -- where traditional island decor blends expertly with fun modish design -- and order up a "Molecules of Love" cocktail, which features rose champagne (about 3 oz.) flavored with coconut (1/3 of a shot of Malibu rum), along with puree of strawberry and raspberry.
