High West Distillery

High West Distillery is Utah's first legal spirits distillery, producing well-regarded whiskeys. The Distillery is now selling its product at retail (or at the Park City Food & Wine Classic, pictured here), but is in the process of renovating a building right in Park City, which, when it's completed will be the first ski-in, ski-out whiskey distillery and restaurant certainly in Utah and quite possibly in the world.
