S. Clyde Weaver Smoked Meats and Cheeses

In 1920, S.Clyde Weaver and his wife Emma started their meat business in their home in East Petersburg, a suburb of Lancaster, Penn. A few years later, they opened their stall in Central Market. In the years that followed, S. Clyde Weaver built a reputation for its hardwood smoked ham, smoked bologna, sharp and super sharp cheddar cheeses and more, which you can find at Central Market today.
