Puka Dog

Puka Dog was founded on Kauai in a hut near Waimea Canyon. In 2002, it moved to its permanent store front at the the Poipu Shopping Village, where there's often a line out the door for these distinctive, toasted from the inside buns filled with tropical relish, a Polish sausage or a veggie dog. There's also a newer location in Waikiki Beach in Oahu. (2301 Kuhio Avenue # 2, Honolulu.)
