When the Tea Lounge first opened, it served only soups, salads and sandwiches. In late 2008, a kitchen renovation allowed for the preparation of more elaborate dishes, and the menu expanded. There are now specials only available on the weekend, like the "kofte" pictured here -- that's lamb and beef meatballs, served on shaved endive. And there are other dishes permanently on the menu, like the highly popular hamburger sliders, made with local grass-fed beef and served with carmelized onions and spicy dijon aioli. The menu changes twice a year, in the winter and in the summer. Check out the latest menu at Harney and Sons blog.
