Pralines are the main event here, and the display does seem to go on for miles as Del Rey offers a wide variety. Marzipan is also a Belgian specialty, so don't miss cube pistache, a square candy made of pistacho marzipan and dark chocolate, or rouleau noisette, a praline of white marzipan and whipped hazelnut cream.
