Hotels for the Food Obsessed

I'm currently in the midst of surviving the aftermath of Super Storm Sandy.  Which has me thinking about better days...and nights...that I've spent at lovely hotels that have not only heat, and hot water (or any running water for that matter) and delicious, lovely, worth a trip just to eat there, food. So I've started to compile a list of the places where I've enjoyed a meal as much as I've enjoyed my room.  Here's the start of it.
