I'm heading to Montreal for the weekend -- there's this little car race that's happening, Mr. Culinary Travel's long-awaited Christmas present -- but of course I'm really going there to eat.
I have not planned ahead, so we will not be eating in any of the city's best known restaurants. Which is a great opportunity to try things that not everyone in the world knows about! On the other hand, I am bound and determined to have some foie gras poutine. Just try to stop me!
