New Bahn Mi in New York City

Rumor has it that there's going to be another location of Baoguette, home of mouth-watering Vietnamese sandwiches -- not far from the original location on Lexington Avenue in New York City, but closer to the Union Square area. Maybe there will be more seating at the new location, since save for a few stools, the original is basically just for take out.
